There has been a high level of investment in cellular manufacturing, including the latest state of the art CNC machining centres. Bearing production is separated into cellular based product groups, which enhances our service capability by reducing manufacturing lead times, whilst optimising manufacturing standards and responsiveness. Our plant is equipped with the latest CNC co-ordinate measuring machines and extensive metrology & surface measuring equipment.

The tolerances concerning the dimensions of a bearing and the circularity of its rotation are controlled by international standards, such as DIN 620 and ISO 492. For bearings with metric dimensions, Revolvo bearings are manufactured according the following tolerance norms: DIN PO, P6, P5, & P4 respectively AFBMA ABEC 1, ABEC 3, ABEC 5, & ABEC 7.

For other functions & applications, our special bearings have suitable tolerances.

Revolvo has the process capability of manufacturing bearings with a maximum outside diameter of 1500 mm. Bearing housings up to a maximum outside diameter of 1800 mm can be accommodated.
